MEET OUR THEATRE DIRECTOR

Mr. Sallee has spent years inspiring young artists through teaching and directing, most recently at ROOTS Academy and Street Theatre Company, where he led musical theatre classes and directed youth productions. He now brings the same creative spirit, high standards, and student-focused approach to Lawson Theatre.
Whether he's directing a show, teaching students how to command the stage, or helping young performers discover their voice, Mr. Sallee is committed to building an inclusive, imaginative space where students grow in confidence, craft, and collaboration.
“I believe the two most important aspects of theatre are developing new stories and, thru education, investing in the next generation of theatre. Lawson Theatre is committed to building a culture thru theatre that inspires the student to grow into better human beings that experience true connection with art, people and the world around us.”
