A native of Middle Tennessee, Bo Mitchell has represented Tennessee’s 50th House District since 2012. A former Metro Councilmember and Director of Community Affairs for Governor Phil Bredesen, he focuses his legislative efforts on public education, affordable healthcare, and labor rights. Mitchell and his wife live in Bellevue and have two sons.

Elected to the Metro Council in 2023, Jason Spain represents District 35 (Bellevue). With a Master’s in Public Administration from TSU, his Council work centers on his community, transportation and infrastructure, and fiscal responsibility. He is a Bellevue resident, active in local civic groups and lives with his wife and two children.​

Caleb Hemmer represents Tennessee House District 59, bringing a background as a healthcare executive and former aide to Governor Phil Bredesen to the General Assembly. Elected in 2022, he previously spent seven years on the Metro Board of Fair Commissioners. In the House, he serves as Chair of the Davidson County Delegation.

SHERI WEINER

Sheri Weiner represents District 22, returning to the Metro Council in 2023 after serving from 2011 to 2019.

 

A professional audiologist and author, she has led community development efforts throughout the Bellevue area.
